Our Process

Our turn-key Commercial Energy Management Services starts with a Benchmarking Analysis of your building. We then perform a series of ASHRAE energy audits to collect data on specific building systems. Once data has been analyzed, we develop a plan of action to design, implement and manage the energy conservation measures (ECM) best suited to improve your building’s performance. With our recommended ECMs in place, we then walk you through the process of attaining building certifications (LEED, Energy Star, USGBC, etc.) with government rebates and tax credits.
