Summary: On October 26, 2012, greeNEWit presented the OUR Schools Program to Fulton Elementary School. Students learned about the environment and sustainability in their homes through an energizing assembly and STEM-related activities in the classroom. In addition, greeNEWit inspected and installed on average 12 CFL light bulbs, four faucet aerators, two smart strips and two showerheads in each of the 50 single homes of Fulton Elementary School families. The CO2 saved collectively by the school is the equivalent of nearly five trees being planted.
