greeNEWit Pledges Green Act for Earth Day

COLUMBIA, MD – greeNEWit has joined more than 900,000,000 across the globe to pledge an act of green with the Earth Day Network. The event will take place Friday April 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at 6445 Oaken Door Rd. Columbia, MD 21045.

Employees from greeNEWit, an organization founded to help society build more sustainable communities and better economies through energy efficiency and conserving the use of natural resources, will plant a garden and donate a green garden bench in the cul-de-sac in front of the office. The company is doing this in support of Earth Day and the clean energy movement.

“This act is to honor the Earth and those in the neighborhood who have lost loved ones in the past year,” greeNEWit Co-founder Josh Notes said. “Being an active agent of change within the community is a core value of our company, and we support protecting our environment and saving our planet any chance we get.”

greeNEWit is committed to creating new solutions for life's challenges by involving the community to support continued education, humanitarian advancement and economic development.
