greeNEWit Helps People to Live More Sustainably at Earth Day Festival

TAKOMA PARK, MD - greeNEWit, a Maryland company that provides energy and water saving upgrades to homeowners and businesses to reduce energy-related expenses, lower utility bills and reduce their carbon footprint, will participate in the Takoma Park Earth Day Festival Sunday April 21, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Carroll Avenue in Takoma Park, Maryland.

greeNEWit will attend this inaugural event as a vendor, joining more than 35 other green organizations and companies. Takoma Park Earth Day will provide consumers with an opportunity to speak to energy efficiency experts about products and services that can help them live more sustainable lives. The event will include activities for children and a speaker series hosted by Historic Takoma. More than 400 are expected to attend the event to celebrate Earth Day.
